The Chicago Bears may not hit the field for a few more months but there still is a reason to head to Soldier Field. This Saturday on May 6, the Bears home stadium will host the 5th annual Chicago Beer Classic.

Starting at 11:30 am (General Admission) and 11:00 am (VIP), attendees can grab sample beers from over 100 breweries including over 30 from the Chicagoland area including Half Acre, Lagunitas and many more. The festival features rare and unique brews, as well as fan-favorites.
Attendees can also vote on their Most Valuable Brew aka the MVB which will be announced shortly after the event.
The one big change for this year is that the festival isn’t solely focused on food. Just like at Bears games, a tailgate will be raging outside of Soldier Field. The city’s best food trucks will be on hand along with merchandise stands from the brewers.
As you might imagine, the Chicago Beer Classic is a 21+ event. There is both a daytime session (11:30 am - 2:30 pm) and an evening session (4:30 pm - 7:30 pm).
